3.Vehicle features
1. This vehicle has independent high and low pressure cleaning water system. High pressure waterway adopts high pressure plunger pump imported from Italy, which has excellent performance and reliable operation. The low pressure water pump adopts domestic famous brand water pump, high efficiency, large flush width, long range of water gun.
2. The high-pressure water produced by the high-pressure water pump is ejected through the high-pressure nozzle of the water spraying rack, and the kinetic energy of the high-pressure water jet is used to clean the road in a way of high pressure and low flow. It is characterized by strong deconvolution, efficient water-saving, and can clean the old stains on the road surface. Or through the left and right corner spray, clean the kerb sidewalk and guardrail isolation area. The rear spray system has the powerful function of spraying dust and spraying air disinfectant and adjusting air humidity.
3. Front and rear sprinklers with different characteristics of low-pressure waterways, front sprinkler nozzle is suitable for flushing road surface, rear sprinkler nozzle is suitable for sprinkling, dust removal and cooling.
4.The high pressure power device of this vehicle adopts the auxiliary engine to take the force, and the power is taken out from the auxiliary engine through the reduction box, which can fully guarantee the power and torque of the high pressure plunger pump.
5. The spray rack is equipped with the main spray rod and the left and right spray rod. The left and right spray rods can be independently controlled to expand and contract. When extended, the width is 3.5m and the washing range is wide. At the same time, the spray rack can be lifted and rotated around, and the maximum deflection angle of left and right is 15°, the spray frame is collision proof.
6. Both ends of the spray frame are equipped with lifting width light, which can raise the width light pole during operation to ensure the safety during driving.

The high-voltage waterway and circuit system adopts or draws lessons from the advanced technology of Japan, and is equipped with electrically controlled display monitoring instrument and low-limit liquid level alarm signal lamp to avoid idling of high-voltage pump when there is no water. At the same time, the high-pressure waterway system is provided with double protection of safety valve and automatic unloading valve.
