3.1 Chassis
The sprinkler adopts JAC chassis, which has the advantages of large power and good overload performance.
3.2 Water tank assembly
Water tank assembly is the main part of the shape of the sprinkler, consist of water tank, manhole and manhole cover, rubber tube (box), liquid level gauge components.
The water tank is a welded steel vessel, usually made of carbon steel or stainless steel. The tank shell portion welded by 3mm Q235-A carbon steel plate, the head pressed by 3mm Q235-A carbon steel plate, the tank body cross-section is rectangular. The water tank is equipped with a lateral breakwater to reduce the impact of liquid on the tank. In addition, the tank body is also set with a level gauge and overflow pipe, the level gauge can be convenient to observe the height of the injected water in the tank, overflow pipe is set to prevent overflow, remind the operator to stop filling, ensure safety and operability.

3.4 Valve

3.5 Flush head, sprinkler head, high spray gun
This product is equipped with the three-curved universal duck-billed blunt head, can be adjusted to any direction, easy to use, the surface using galvanized processing. The sprinkler head can be adjusted in any direction within 360° of the horizontal. The high spray gun uses the GPYL type, which is used in domestic sprinkler truck.
3.6 pipeline
The vehicle pipeline mainly uses the national standard No. 20 seamless welding carbon steel pipe, compared with the common market sprinkler galvanized pipe, has high strength, superior welding performance, corrosion resistance, and in low temperature conditions will not be frozen crack advantages.
