Aerosun 15100L CGJ5252GXWDFE6 Sewerage Collector/vacuum Truck
Type of CGJ5252GXWDFE6 Self-discharging Sewerage Collector is mainly used for the collection and transfer of sewage sludge and household garbage for the sanitation department in residential areas and municipal roads. It is refitted on the chassis of class II truck, and gets a certain vacuum degree in the liquid tank by manipulating the vacuum pump, so as to suck the sewage into the tank. The tank body is made of high-quality carbon steel material, and the tank body is equipped with a back cover. The functions of lifting and opening and closing the back cover of the tank body are realized by manipulating the hydraulic handle. This vehicle adopts electromechanical and hydraulic integration technology to realize intelligent unloading.

2.Main parts
2.1 This vehicle is mainly composed of chassis, tank assembly, gas system, hydraulic system, suction pipelines, discharge valve and so on.
2.2 The main components of the gas system are: anti-overflow device, four-way valve, crude oil and gas separator, oil and gas separator, water and gas separator, vacuum pump and lubrication system.
2.3 The main components of the hydraulic system: hydraulic pump, multi - channel valve group, oil cylinder, etc.
2.4 The standard configuration of discharge valve is DN100 ball valve.
2.5 The standard configuration of suction hose is 7m sewage suction hose.
3.Main features
3.1 The liquid tank is welded of 6mm steel plate. The cross section of the tank is round. There are reinforcement rings and anti-wave plates welded in the tank to strengthen the stiffness of the tank and reduce the impact of liquid in the tank on the tank bottom during driving. The gap adjusting device between the tank and the back cover can adjust the gap between the tank and the back cover to ensure effective sealing. The inner surface of the tank is coated with EPSP403 solvent-free epoxy phenolic paint, which has excellent anti-corrosion performance.
3.2 The rotary vane vacuum pump, imported from Japan, has the advantages of small noise, large suction, low fuel consumption and long service life.
3.3 The anti-overflow device in the gas system can prevent sewage from entering the gas circuit due to full suction and damage to the vacuum pump system.
3.4 The crude oil and gas separator, oil and gas separator and water and gas separator in the gas system realize secondary separation to ensure the thorough separation of oil and gas, water and gas in the pipeline and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the sewage suction vehicle.
